
The Process
Once the client and ICA have developed a candidate profile and job description which best describes the client's needs, we begin our search for the right individual. Our first search begins with candidates that have registered with ICA, andhave been interviewed by us. We verify our candidate's references to ensure their professional career background is of the highest standards.
When an individual or individuals that we feel matches best the profile has been established, we contact the client with a full description of the selected individual(s). If the client feels the right candidate has been chosen we assist in the interview process, which may consist of a telephone and or, demonstrative working interview. We remain as a go between until both parties have reached a satisfactory arrangement.
Our Service Fees
Once an agreement between client and candidate has been acquired and a start date has been established, ICA will send the client an invoice for 15% of the gross annual salary that the candidate and client have agreed upon. The invoice will have a grace period of 30 days payable from the agreed commencement date. Our service fees are based upon industry standards for the hospitality career placement industry.
Our Guarantee
The first basic principal in the Hospitality industry is that 'the customer is always right'. We apply this principal to our guarantee.
If for some reason the client and or candidate are unsatisfied with each other, and 60 days from the commencement date has not been achieved, we offer full compensation for our services in return or provide a replacement candidate if requested.
